Mel B, former member of Spice Girls and now judge of X Factor almost got deported after accepting a job which did not qualify for her visa requirements. Brown was in Australia, sponsored by the Seven Network to perform duties as judge for a popular reality show.

According to the visa guidelines:

"The guidelines state that international artists who enter the country to work on an Entertainment Visa (subclass 420) must successfully apply for further sponsorship if they undertake secondary work."

Problems occurred when the immigration found out and the judge revealed that she signed up recently for an approximately $150,000 deal as an ambassador for weight loss for Jenny Craig. A friend close to the former "Scary Spice" confirmed that the singer/judge has been investigated. As for now, Brown's management has met up with the officials and the problem was resolved.

At 75 kilograms after she gave birth to a baby, former Spice member said she wanted to lose 15 kilograms in the next 3 weeks. She also added that she liked the weight loss program provided by Jenny Craig.

"My husband usually takes care of me, preparing meals for me that are good for me. But he has to keep going backwards and forwards from LA, so he can't look after me all the time," Mel B said about her husband Stephen Belafonte. "We live an exciting life and we like to let off a bit of steam. It keeps the marriage spiced up and alive."
