The cast and crew of "Orange is the New Black" Season 3 are expected to wrap-up filming next month. The team has been mostly tight-lipped about what to expect in the third instalment of this Netflix's original drama-comedy. Jenji Kohan, creator of the show, has revealed that the new season is going to explore 'Faith'. And, with Laura Prepon returning as a series regular, it can be expected that the focus will be back on Piper Chapman and Alex Vause's relationship.

In the last season of "Orange is the New Black," Alex appeared in a limited number of scenes. Prepon, who plays the character of Alex Vause, has confirmed that in Season 3, she will be appearing in all the episodes. Vause is likely to be sent back to the prison, as her probation officer caught her with a gun pointing at him. Polly Harper had tipped him off that Vause is planning to skip town and he had gone to check on her.

According to reports, Lori Petty is returning to reprise her role as Lolly. The character met Piper on a transport plane, which was taking them to Chicago prison, in the opening episode of Season 2. Lolly befriended Piper but later in the prison yard, Piper did not help Lolly when the other inmates were beating her to a pulp. It is being speculated that Lolly may get moved to Litchfield prison.

Recently, there were reports that Lorraine Toussaint is set to reprise her role as Vee, triggering speculations that the bad girl of Season 2 may not be dead. In Season 2 finale, Rose hit Vee with the prison van. However, Netflix was quick to say that Lorraine Toussaint is not going to star in Season 3.

Meanwhile, Pablo Schreiber, who plays corrections officer Pornstache, has confirmed that he is not doing Season 3 of "Orange is the New Black." The actor has signed on to do a leading role in HBO's "The Brink." In Season 2, Schreiber did not have a major role and he did not appear in all the episodes. Pornstache was arrested and incarcerated in the last season, as inmate Daya said that he is the father of her unborn child.

And, it is being speculated that Jason Biggs' Larry Bloom is likely to play a minor role in "Orange is the New Black" Season 3. Just after the release of Season 2 episodes, the actor said that he was not sure if his character will be needed in the new season.

The 13 episodes of "Orange is the New Black" Season 3 are expected to be available for viewing in June 2015.
