At one point there were no updates on the “Prison Break” revival front and fans were hunting for spoilers. Thankfully, there’s some movement and filming has started in Vancouver. However, that’s not all. The lucky child, who will play Michael Scofield (Wentworth Miller) and Sara Tancredi’s (Sarah Wayne Callies) son, has been chosen and that’s child actor Christian Michael Cooper. Previously, Cooper starred in movies such as "Cult" (2013), "Life on the Line" (2015) and "In Hiding" (2015).

[Spoiler Alert] “Prison Break” fans will see Michael Jr. living with mum Tancredi and stepfather Scott Ness (Mark Feuerstein). It is believed that Tancredi chose to settle down with Ness after she knew at heart that Scofield is dead. Who knows how Tancredi will react when she finds out that her soulmate Scofield is alive?

It is rumoured that tensions will arise between the husband and wife when Tancredi finds out that Scofield is alive. According to The Bitbag, Michael Jr. is cool and has more brains than a child of his age would have. Most importantly, he has a significant role to play in the upcoming season. It is rumoured that he will be uniting Scofield and Tancredi. He will seemingly have memories of his father. It will also be interesting to see how Michael Jr. teams up with uncle Lincoln (Dominic Purcell) to find Scofield.

To give fans a sneak peek of what’s happening behind-the-scenes, Amaury Nolasco, who plays Scofield’s trusted friend Sucre, shared an Instagram video of him and Purcell.

“Look who I am with. Lincoln and Sucre again. Where’s Michael?” Nolasco says jokingly while Purcell gives fans the “Lincoln” stare.

However, this is not the first time Nolasco has shared a mini-vid of “Prison Break” cast members. Just a week back, he shared yet another mini-vid featuring T-Bag (Robert Knepper), C-Note (Rockmond Dunbar) and himself.

“These 3 ex-convicts just got together in Vancouver!” Nolasco captioned the video.

“Prison Break” Season 5 is expected to arrive on Fox in early 2017. However, it may also air sooner than expected. The buzz is that the show may be shifted to September 2016.
