There are a number of minor differences between the two lists. Netflix has been quiet about the total number of episodes that Season 4 will have, but fans can at least speculate more about the stories, based on the revealed titles. The three previous seasons of “Orange is the New Black” had 13 episodes, respectively, so the Season 4 will most likely follow the same format.

TVGuide writes that Alex (Laura Prepon) apparently survives the assassination attempt against her in Season 3. However, she is expected to continue being a target, which will compel her to make an unlikely alliance with some inmates who are willing to do everything to save her. However, one member in her group will threaten to expose her, which may drive her to extreme measures.

CinemaBlend also notes that “Orange is the New Black” has already been renewed for Season 5, 6 and 7, as confirmed by showrunner Jenji Kohan.

Netflix renewed “Orange is the New Black” for Season 4 on Apr. 15, 2015. The show will premiere on June 17, 2016 on Netflix in the US. It will also air on Netflix Australia.
