Miami Heat point guard Shabazz Napier does a nasty "knee breaking" spin move on Pablo Prigioni, as the Miami Heat beat the New York Knicks.

The move came at the 7-minute mark of the second quarter while the University of Connecticut product was leading the break. He made a good use of a roadblock that was Udonis Haslem, wherein he initially went left to slightly trap the veteran Argentine and immediately spun right, leaving the latter off-balanced and making him kiss the floor, so to speak.

Miami never left the driver seat since the opening quarter, leading by as much as 16.

However, New York made a run late in the fourth quarter to cut the opposition's advantage to 2. Chris Bosh answered with a backbreaking trey, while a missed attempt from long-range from Carmelo Anthony followed by a turnover by Tim Hardaway Jr. made the game virtually out of reach with only 22.8 seconds left.

Dwyane Wade showed glimpses of his old self after returning from a hamstring injury, scoring 13 of his 27 points in the fourth, as he hit basket after basket to provide enough cushion to the Heat.
