2. Professional Visa and Education Services (ProVisa)

Operating since 2015, ProVisa built its reputation on a fairly narrow but deep specialization: general skilled migration, business migration, partner and parent visas, and employer-sponsored applications. That focus paid off — the firm won the "Professional Services" category at the 2022 Local Business Awards and has been repeatedly cited as one of Sydney's top-rated migration agencies. What stands out in client feedback isn't a single dramatic case, but a pattern: people who used ProVisa for a student visa years ago coming back — and bringing family members — for their partner or PR application later. Client feedback highlights an unusually detailed document-checking process, which matters most for the skills-assessment stage of skilled migration, where small formatting or evidentiary errors are a common cause of rejection.

Best for: applicants who want closer, founder-level attention rather than being routed through a large team, especially for skills assessments and appeals.
