Erika Jayne's estranged husband, Tom Girardi, has been spotted out for the first time since his split from the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star.

In photos obtained by Page Six, the disgraced 82-year-old lawyer had a visibly bruised left eye and slimmer frame as he walked outside with the help of an unidentified woman. It's unclear how Girardi sustained his injury.

He was photographed sporting an oversized blue polo shirt, baggy khaki shorts, black socks and leather shoes for the outing. His outfit was a far cry from the polished suits that he wore when he appeared on the Bravo series.

Jayne filed for divorce from Girardi in November 2020 after 21 years of marriage. "This is not a step taken lightly or easily. I have great love and respect for Tom and for our years and the lives we built together," she said in a statement to People at the time.

A month later, Jayne and Girardi were accused of faking their split to protect their assets. The class-action lawsuit filed against them included allegations that they embezzled funds intended for several families who lost loved ones in the Lion Air Flight 610 plane crash in 2018.

The former lawyer was also later sued by his business partners, resulting in a chapter 7 bankruptcy petition.

Meanwhile, Girardi's health has been a topic of conversation amid his law firm Girardi Keese’s bankruptcy case.

His brother, Robert Girardi, was named his temporary conservator in February. In the following month, it was revealed in court documents obtained by Us Weekly that Girardi had been diagnosed with late-onset Alzheimer’s and dementia.

Clinical psychiatrist Dr. Nathan Lavid wrote in an affidavit that the former lawyer suffered from "moderate" delusions and would not be able to attend any court hearings "for the foreseeable future."

He continued, "Dementia impairs his ability to understand the hearing. His emotional distress is directly related to his dementia and exacerbated by his confusion."

Girardi spoke out against the conservatorship in a court hearing, but in July, his brother's appointment was made permanent due to the former lawyer's dementia diagnosis, according to court documents.

In a recent "RHOBH" episode, Jayne attributed some of her former husband’s health woes to a 2017 car accident that allegedly left Girardi "unconscious for 12 hours."

"As a result of the crash, his ankle was [hurt]. He was also unconscious for 12 hours, but no one knows that," she said.

"I know, because I found him," Jayne added, noting that her ex "had a head injury and he broke his shoulder, snapped his ankle and then broke his clavicle" after driving off a cliff.
