While Indianapolis Colts Rookie John Boyett is included into the team's reserve and non-football injury list, the question now is for how long?
His status with the franchise is shaken when his irresponsible behaviour, leading to his arrest was made known on early Monday morning.

John Boyett, who is a six-round draft pick out of Oregon was arrested early during Labour Day for disorderly conduct, public intoxication as well as fighting with law enforcement officers after being not allowed to enter an Indianapolis bar. According to the Indianapolis Star, the player was already too drunk then, so the bar opted not to let him in.

When Boyett proceeded to make a scene outside the bar, one of the employees of the bar thought it best to find a police offer and ask for help. When the police officer arrived at the scene, he found Boyett causing a disturbance and a racket and tried to apprehend him. The police officer met with resistance and well... a few curses and threats too.

The police report showed that the Defensive back gave the office a stiff arm, and even tried to hit the officer. Boyett ran and the police followed suit. While running, Boyett was firing curses and threats left and right. That, and looking like a zombie, with red eyes, slurred speech and heavy alcohol scent.

And this is just classy. Amid cusses and curses, Boyett kept yelling at the officers "You can't arrest me ... I'm a Colts player!" Way to go on showing your love for the team ... not.

Like a five-year-old, he also made fun of the officer's nose and hair, and threatened to dislocate another officer's jaw. Reminds us of rowdy boys who did not get what they want, right? Well, that's because he is. Good job for the bar that did not allow him in, really. It's just sad when a 23-year-old can't handle his booze.

Moreover, whoever used lines such as "do you know who I am?" or "You can't arrest me because I play for ..." and actually benefitted from them?
