UFC Interim featherweight champion Conor McGregor is having no let up in his preparation for his unification title bout against featherweight champion Jose Aldo and the “Notorious” feels like he is channeling his inner “Rocky Balboa” and “Clubber Lang.”

McGregor has compared himself to fictional characters in the movie “Rocky 3” starred by Sylvester Stallone and Mr. T. The Irish brawler claimed ahead of his fight with Aldo that he is living a good life and training hard and insisted that finishing the “Scarface” is just part of his business.

“I’m training like Clubber, but I’m living like Rocky,” McGregor told MMA Fighting. “I think I have the perfect balance right now.”

McGregor has been trying to get in the mind of the Brazilian champ and continues to taunt him ever since their postponed title match. McGregor’s most recent mind games came on Twitter when he posted a photo himself looking down at the camera lens. The photo was captioned with, “Wakeup Jose. It’s all over,” implying that McGregor will be standing victorious over Aldo at UFC 194.

The fight between McGregor and Aldo was initially set at UFC 189 in July, but a rib injury forced the latter to withdraw, while the former settling to fight Chad Mendes for the interim title belt. But this time, Aldo guaranteed he will be making it on fight night and walk away as the champ.

“I’m 100 percent; since that last fight and since I got back in it, I’ve been healed up,” Aldo said through an interpreter on the UFC 194 media conference call, reported MMA Junkie. “I want this fight to happen, this is when it’s going to happen so I’m 100 percent right now.”

McGregor and Aldo will face off at the main event of UFC 194 on Dec. 12 in Las Vegas. The co-main event will feature middleweight title match between champ Chris Weidman and challenger Luke Rockhold.
