For the past several months, many speculations and teasers have consistently come up when it comes to the next flagship phone of the Korean tech which is the Samsung Galaxy S5. Even its executive vice president Lee Young Hee gave hints during his Bloomberg interview.

1. Its name will be the Galaxy S5.

There may have been no formal confirmation yet with its name but at least that's how Mr Hee called the flagship device during his interview, Yahoo Finance reports.

2. Its launch date may happen on April of 2014.

It was Mr Hee who mentioned too that the phone will be launched by April 2014. There is a great chance that the Korean tech company will wait the Mobile World Congress will announce it by late February. Others guess that it will be announced within the early or middle part of March.

3. It could have an eye scanner as one of its premier features.

It was once mentioned too that the company is open in experimenting with getting an eye scanner on board. And there is a great chance that it will be used on the Galaxy S5. This sensor may be edge of Samsung to compete with the fingerprint scan that Apple came up with their iPhone 5s.

4. It may have two kinds of body material: plastic and metal.

The earlier Samsung Galaxy S5 rumours have always discussed the possibility of two versions with the cheaper model made out of plastic and the more costly in metal.

5. It might have the 64-bit processor too.

Just after Apple's announcement of their 64-bit processor included in their most recent flagship phone, Samsung also announced that their future phones will also have a chip that performs super fast.

6. It will most likely have a 4GB RAM.

News related to this announced several weeks ago that the memory chip with 4GB RAM may come present with the Galaxy S5.

7. It will most likely be launched with the second generation of the Galaxy Gear smartwatch.

This can be the year that the assumingly failed first Galaxy Gear will refresh its product and come up with a better smart watch to possibly launch alongside Galaxy S5.
