Attempts to clean up the image of Magaluf, a major holiday resort on Majorca, went down the drain yet again as a new sex scandal video erupted once more.

The new video involved a British teen celebrating her 18th birthday at a bar in the seedy Punta Ballena strip.

Cajoled to take part in a "body shots game," the girl eased herself down on the bar, as a man wearing a striped t-shirt unhooked her bra.

Another man then squirts whipped cream on her naked breasts and pushes a shot glass between them before filling it with booze.

A DJ with a British-sounding accent further encourages the already drunken crowd: "Big shout out to the topless birthday girl on the bar. The Milkybars are on her... or the whipped cream. The buffet is now open!"

A procession of eager men then forms, eager to lick the girl's nipples. Afterwards, they down a shot of the alcohol poured into the shot glass placed between the girl's breasts and then spit that out into her mouth.

A total of 15 men, all strangers, licked the breasts of the busty British teen holidaymaker.

Her reward afterwards? A mini bottle of Cava which was just worth a measly £1.30 if she just bought it outright.

Local council authorities have learned of the incident and said they are now investigating.

A major holiday resort in Majorca, Magaluf is actually still reeling from the bad publicity spurred by a video that showed a 21-year-old from County Armagh in Northern Ireland performing a sex act on 24 men during a pub crawl hosted by controversial British-run firm Carnage.

The bar was fined £43,500 and told to shut down for a year. Carnage, likewise, received the same sanction. Both are appealing the decision.

The incident has prompted the mayor of Calvia to pass a law "giving tighter control over the operation of pub crawl organisers." Calvia is the region where Magaluf as well as five other resorts popular with Britons are located.

Magaluf is a major holiday resort on the Spanish island of Majorca. Its main market includes British, Russian, Irish and Scandinavian holiday travellers. Magaluf is in Calvia and is situated within a group of towns, primarily Torrenova and Palma Nova.
