The Microsoft Store is offering the 13.3-inch ZenBook UX305FA Ultrabook from Asus for only around $850. This massive discount is approximately $141 off the product's original price, which was already a great deal in itself.

Tech users who are interested in getting their hands on the device should act fast since the laptop deal is only going to be available for a limited time, while supplies last. It is considered a very good deal, considering that the device made waves in the laptop niche earlier this year with its state-of-the-art specs for only hundreds of dollars less than its competitors.

The Asus Zenbook boasts a 13.3-inch screen display with a 1,920 x 1,080 pixels resolution, 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB SSD. Its screen also boasts a matte finish, which prevents screen glare, a common complaint about the device's competing models, according to CNET.

It also boasts a fanless design with as much as 10 hours of battery life, three USB 3.0 ports -- one of which can very quickly charge smaller mobile devices, such as smartphones or phablets -- and an aluminium build that is only under half an inch thick.

The laptop's design is somehow similar to a MacBook Air. Since the device is a Signature Edition, it will come out of the box without the Asus shovelware that users usually have to uninstall. Instead, the ZenBook that is currently being offered by the Microsoft Store will be pre-installed with Windows 10. That means users will no longer have to upgrade the laptop's OS from Windows 8.

Certain specs that are the subject of complaints of most Asus ZenBook users include its keyboard. Apparently, the accessory is not backlit. Moreover, the device's built-in speakers also produce sound that seems ragged to the ear. Lastly, the Power button is situated right next to the Delete key. This can likely cause problems for many users with fast fingers who are not so careful with what they click or press.
