The Prophecy for the Philippines video of Cindy Jacobs is making its rounds online again after parts of Central Philippines was ravaged by super typhoon Haiyan. Although the devastation can be seen from a number of videos and photos in affected areas, Cindy Jacobs says that the “darkness will be dispelled”. Posted on Facebook, the “Philippine Prophecy” video shows the prophet’s predictions about the Southeast Asian nation.

Philippine Prophecy Video: The Haiyan Connection

The 700 Club video went viral in the year 2009 drawing views from around the world. The Haiyan connection, sources say, is associated with Cindy Jacobs saying, "Even though everywhere you look around is devastation, out of this darkness is going to be a transformation movement."

Jacobs adds in the video, “Over the Philippines, there is a principality of corruption and this corruption has been so systemic and so deep that this principality thinks it controls the Philippines.”

The Philippines, according to experts, plummeted to poverty when Corazon Aquino became President. Corazon Aquino allegedly allowed the elite to monopolise businesses in the country. Sources claim that before her son Benigno Aquino III, the country’s incumbent President, rose to power, some Filipinos believed that he is the country’s hope. Some experts say, however, that while some Filipinos believed in Benigno Aquino III, there is no evidence that the politician made a difference in the nation.

With CNN News Reporter Anderson Cooper pointing out that the Philippine government is disorganized in Tacloban, Philippines, tech savvy Filipinos likened Cooper to the child in “The Emperor’s New Clothes”.

In the Philippine Prophecy video, Cindy Jacobs tells Filipinos, “Love your nation”.
