Former executive Bryan Colangelo and ex-NBA coaches Tom Thibodaeu and Mark Jackson are being linked to the team’s available front office and head coaching positions. The franchise recently reassigned Billy King and fired Lionel Hollins as general manager and head coach, respectively.

ESPN reports that Colangelo is being considered for the GM role in Brooklyn, which has struggled in the current NBA season. The Nets currently hold an 11-28 win-loss record, second worst in the Eastern Conference and third-worst in the entire league only ahead of the Los Angeles Lakers (9-31) and Philadelphia 76ers (4-36).

Colangelo was the GM of the Toronto Raptors from 2006 to 2013 after his front office stint with the Phoenix Suns from 2004 to 2006.

The same report also linked Thibodeau and Jackson to the Nets’ coaching job, which is currently being handled by interim head coach Tony Brown. Mitch Lawrence of Sirius XM NBA Radio also confirmed the report linking Thibodeau to the Nets.

Thibodeau was the head coach of the Chicago Bulls handling the team from 2010 to 2015. Jackson, who was a former NBA player and currently an analyst for ESPN, was the head coach of the Golden State Warriors from 2011 to 2014.

Thibodeau led the Bulls to five playoff appearances in his five years with the team while Jackson led the Warriors to two playoff appearances in his three-year stint in Golden State.
