Air Canada has announced that it will be flying six times weekly to Amsterdam from Toronto-Pearson effective June 2015. It also said that non-stop flights to Rio de Janeiro and Panama City from Toronto introduced for winter 2014-15 will extend operations during the summer of 2015.

Canada's flag carrier said the additional international Toronto-Amsterdam service complements the airline's existing service to Brussels. It noted that for the summer of 2015, new double-daily, non-stop service will be launched to Paris [Charles de Gaulle] from both Toronto and Montreal-Trudeau.

He said the new service will giving Air Canada clients easier access to the Benelux region.

Moreover, he announced the company will increase weekly Air Canada rouge frequencies to such popular destinations as Barcelona and Athens.
