The Phoenix Suns and Milwaukee Bucks battled it out at the 2021 NBA Finals, with the latter coming out on top and clinching their first NBA title in 50 years Tuesday.

In game 6 of the NBA Finals, the Bucks defeated the Phoenix Suns 105-98 to secure the second NBA championship in franchise history. The Bucks' Giannis Antetokounmpo significantly contributed to the team's win with 50 points, 14 rebounds and five blocked shots, according to ESPN.

At 26 years old, the two-time MVP winner has one of the highest salaries in the NBA, but Antetokounmpo is not the only player in the Bucks' and Suns' rosters who is making eight figures. P.J. Tucker, 36, was traded by the Houston Rockets to the Bucks earlier this year alongside Rodions Kurucs in exchange for D.J. Augustin, D.J. Wilson and the Bucks’ first-round pick in 2023.

For the 2020-21 season, Tucker was the fifth highest-paid player of the Bucks with a salary of $7.97 million.

4. Brook Lopez

Brook Lopez, 33, plays as the Bucks’ center and is currently signed to a four-year contract worth $52 million. This gives him an average annual salary of $13 million.

Shooting guard Jrue Holiday, meanwhile, signed a contract extension with the Bucks in April worth a reported $135 million over four years.

While the 31-year-old earned $25.9 million for the 2020-21 season, his salary will see a massive jump starting next season as he will get $30 million.

Despite being only 22, Deandre Ayton was the third highest-paid player of the Suns for the 2020-21 season. With a four-year, $40.4 million contract, his average annual salary comes out to $10.1 million.

Devin Booker is among the highest-paid players in the league at the moment at 24 years old. The shooting guard signed a five-year, $158 million maximum contract with the Suns in 2018. He was paid $29.5 million for the 2020-21 NBA season.

Topping the list of the highest-paid Phoenix Suns players is point guard Chris Paul. The 36-year-old veteran has been playing in the NBA for nearly two decades and hoped to win his first championship ring this year.

But despite not winning the NBA title, "CP3" has been paid handsomely by the Suns. Paul earned $41.4 million for the 2020-21 season, but this figure will be bumped up to $44.2 million next season, according to Spotrac.
