Who is Jeb Bush fighting against?

According to the US Presidential Election News, Bush and Donald Trump exhibit differences in opinion on the immigration issue which indicates they could be the biggest threat to each other. However, it seems that Ohio Governor John Kasch would be the biggest rival for Bush as far as shared ideology is concerned. Bush’s surname can also act as one of the reasons for donors and voters to opt for Kasch as he is not associated with any controversial national legacy.
