While "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice could face several years of prison time, the resourceful entrepreneur has already found a way to milk the cash out of her crisis. She appears to have used her legal troubles to her advantage as the Internet has become abuzz of her fraud legal drama and 'RHONJ' cameras following her family's every move.

"Teresa knows she has to let them film in order to be the central story line and star of the show. This is her moment," an insider told In Touch. "She thinks that if she goes to prison, it will only make her more famous. She thinks she will be redeemed and then become even more popular and be able to make more fortune."

It has already been four months since Teresa and her husband Joe were indicted on 41 counts of fraud. The couple has already pleaded guilty to nine felony charges, finally admitting that they were involved in an almost decade long plot to defraud the IRC, banks and bankruptcy court of millions.

Meanwhile, Teresa's RHONJ co-star Kim DePaola maintains that Teresa is not guilty. "I am not slamming Joe but I truly still stand firm that Teresa was having babies and going for lunch and having fun and did not know what she was signing," she told In Touch.

Teresa used to insist that they were "good people," but the Montville couple admitted they conspired to defraud lenders and banks by submitting fraudulent loans worth $5 million in construction loans, lines of credit and mortgages from 2001 to 2008.

Joe Giudice's attorney Miles Feinstein also told Us Weekly their hopes for Teresa to get off with probation with zero jail time. However, he is not very optimistic about it. "The great likelihood is that Joe will get some prison time," he said. "There is no doubt about it. It is just a matter of how long."

Teresa faces 27 months in jail while her husband, Joe could get 46 months. Pleading guilty could also land Italian citizen Joe could even face deportation. The RHONJ star is also reportedly hoping to serve her jail time under house arrest.
