The season 2 finale of “The Strain” is coming soon, and the Occido Lumen is finally within Setrakian’s (David Bradley) grasp. His search for the ancient book comes to an end in episode 13 as he goes on a bidding war with Eichorst (Richard Sammel). Meanwhile, New York City will be under a massive strigois attack.

Setrakian and Fet (Kevi n Durand) will fight to take ownership of the Occido Lumen, according to the synopsis from TV Guide for episode 13, “Night Train.” But they will not be alone in their fight, as they would reportedly also receive help from a surprising source.

Their bid for possession of the book also comes with a heavy price -- their life. As what Setrakian says in the video below, “We will get the Lumen or we die trying.”

Someone doesn’t want Setrakian and Fet to get their hands on the Occido Lumen as seen in the promo teaser released for the season 2 finale of “The Strain.” While on the road, Setrakian talks about their bid for the Occido Lumen. Fet, seemingly distracted by what Setrakian had just said about putting their lives at stake for the book, didn’t notice the black truck heading their way. The truck slams to the side of their vehicle as Fet passes on an intersection. Luckily, he manages to hold their truck upright despite the strong force of the collision.

In episode 12, “Fallen Light,” Eph (Corey Stoll), Nora (Mia Maestro) and Zach (Max Charles) get permission from Justine (Samantha Mathis) to live the city for Georgia to be with Zach’s grandparents. However, their escape out of New York will not be easy.

According to the synopsis for “Night Train,” Nora, Eph and Zach would have to battle their way out of New York. They will be fighting for their lives in episode 13 in season 2 of “The Strain” as Eichorst has unleashed a massive strigoi attack on the city.

Will Kelly (Natalie Brown) finally get Zach away from Eph? There’s a shot of Kelly’s face in the video below and Eph screaming. Then the screen pans to Zach all alone armed with a small knife.

The strigois are everywhere as seen in the promo teaser for the season 2 finale of “The Strain.” Eichorst finally comes face to face with Quinlan. Fet and Setrakian continue to fight for humanity. “Night Train” promises bloodshed as the humans fight for their lives against the strigois.
