A new preview video of “Outlander” Season 2 episode 10 has been released online. The video shows Jamie in a leather jacket taking stock of the situation before battle along with Dougal.

[Spoiler alert]

The Highlanders are preparing for their first big battle against the British in what is known as the Battle of Prestonpans. Claire (Caitriona Balfe) has already told Jamie (Sam Heughan) that the Scotsmen are going to win this battle, but she is still a little concerned that history may be rewritten.

A scene from the next episode posted on Esquire, shows Jamie examining the enemy camp from a distance. He is accompanied by his uncle and they both discuss the need to measure the distance between the Scottish army and their enemy.

Either Jamie or Dougal (Graham McTavish) will have to stealthily make their way through the marshland in order to measure the distance. They both argue about who will be the one between the two to take this risk and measure the distance.

Pictures from “Outlander” Season 2 episode 10 and another preview video have been posted on Vanity Fair. The pictures show the return of Prince Charles (Andrew Gower), and he is seen talking with Jamie. Charles wants Jamie’s wife to treat the wounded British soldiers, but the Scottish warrior is not pleased with this request. The young prince is also seen holding discussions with some of his other supporters.

Meanwhile, Claire will keep herself busy by helping the wounded Scotsmen. The Scottish army has a hospital that is manned by a few nurses. Claire may have her hands full as the battle is going to be extremely violent.

Some of the actions sequences featured in “Outlander” Season 2 episode 10 can be seen in the preview pictures. Jamie, Dougal and the other familiar Scotsmen, including Murtagh (Duncan Lacroix), can be seen in some hand-to-hand combat with the British forces.
