Microsoft Surface Book embodies the ‘ultimate laptop’ concept
Surface Book is a more defined and evolved laptop
When Microsoft introduced Surface Pro, the tablet became an instant hit with its Ultrabook idea packed into a tablet never tried before. Surface became a recognized entity in its own right with an entire lineup of products that only got better from its original Surface Pro to the latest Surface Book to be launched tomorrow, says News.com.au.
Surface Book is a better iteration of the Surface brand that endorses the concept of an ‘Ultimate laptop’ in a market where there already exist many excellent laptops from other brands. Innovation is the mantra in the present IT scenario, and the Surface Book supports that vision. A review will tell you why the Surface Book is a more defined and evolved laptop than its predecessor.
The Book looks fantastic in its 13.5-inch size and its 3:2 aspect ratio. Built out of magnesium, the laptop has a premium look like the Pro, only that the fit and finish is more high-standard. Also, the kickstand is a most defining feature and is hinged at its rear for better support, said Anand Tech.
The hinge is a key component in keeping the laptop perfectly balanced. Though balance is common in all laptops, the hinge in Surface Book is extraordinary in that detaches from the laptop.
Undoubtedly, the GPU idea creates two thermal zones, allowing the Surface Book to cool its GPU and CPU independently. The device boasts of a battery capacity that brings more power to the device and offers amazing stand-by time.
The rest of the features are pretty much same as the Surface Pro with touch and pen support by means of PixelSense display; USB 3.0 ports and so on.
