Lamar Odom’s wife, Khloe Kardashian refuses to get bummed out with her marriage problems as she tried to have a bit of fun at Katy Perry’s Labor party Monday, Sept. 2.

The youngest of the Kardashian sisters was spotted all smiles amidst recurring reports of her husband’s drugs and legal troubles. A photo of the former "X-Factor USA" host was posted at NY Daily News showing Khloe with a female company.

Letting her hair down, Khloe sported a loose black top, fitted, denim shorts and a plaid flannel shirt tied around her waist. She completed her looks with dark glasses and black boots.

But what really didn’t escape the eagle-eyed shutters is her large wedding ring which she kept in her finger, in full view while her hands steered as she wheeled away from the venue.

Khloe has recently posted in her tweets that she wished she’s “made of steel” referring to all the troubles coming her way. Despite all the troubles Lamar has embroiled himself in recently, Khloe has remained steadfast and true to her vows to stick it out with her man.

But apparently, she has had enough that she kicked out Lamar Saturday, following the player’s DUI arrest on Aug. 30, Friday. Getting arrested as reports claimed, is the last straw and Khloe gave her ultimatum to Lamar to straighten things out before he could be in the same house with her again.

The couple’s marriage has been rocked by various problems: from Lamar’s cheating not only with one but three mistresses to his drinking and drug problems. Khloe has remained mum through the years and she apparently just opened up to the Kardashian clans last week.

While it was earlier asserted that Khloe has ruled out divorce, separation is imminent however, if Lamar doesn’t subject himself to rehab. Even Lamar’s NBA career is at stake if he doesn’t get help.
