Everyone is wondering what the real deal is between Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber. Reports claim they have gotten back together while sources close to the couple claim they've only reconciled as friends. Thankfully, Kelly Osbourne dishes the details on the "Jelena" relationship. So are they together or not?

After shocking the world with their reunion, Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber continue to keep people in the dark about their relationship. One Instagram post is apparently not enough to finalize the details between the "Jelena" reunion. In fact, various sources claim that they are officially back together while some claim they have only reconciled as good friends.

However, one source namely Kelly Osbourne spills the details about Justin and Selena's romance. If anything, all is good between them much to the delight of their "Selenators" and "Beliebers."

"Selena is so gorgeous, and so smart - and she's a real lady. If they do grow up together, they will eventually make the perfect couple," stated Osbourne, adding, "But I think they're allowed to be together, then not be together, be together. They'll figure themselves out. Let it be."

Hopefully, Kelly's statement is enough to calm the hearts of "Jelena" shippers around the world. Aside from that, Kelly claims the media has got Justin Bieber all wrong. For her, he thinks he's one nice guy.

"We stop by and all of a sudden there were people spray-painting and then I got a lesson on spray-painting from Justin Bieber and he's really lovely and he's really nice, completely different than the media perception. And then I really sat back and thought, 'He ain't half as bad as I was at his age, so he's all right [laughs]," stated Kelly.

As for the two individuals involved, Gomez has been lying low from the social media. On the other hand, Justin Bieber recently shared two photos of his new tattoos on Instagram

The first tattoo is that of a joker with the words love. Could this be something related to the "Jelena" reunion? The second tattoo is of a compass which some Web sites claim is dedicated to Gomez. With all the drama going between Justin and Selena, fans can only hope that their relationship lasts longer than it did last time. If anything, it'll be another messy break up with scandals and a lot of fights with the paparazzi involved.
