Kate Middleton is said to be nearly seven months into her second pregnancy and reports claim she may give birth late April this year. However, there are reportedly clues pointing to the Duchess of Cambridge likely giving birth early in the month.

The palace had previously announced that Kate Middleton could give birth in April. Although no specific date was mentioned, it’s been widely thought that she is due right at the end of the month. However, according to Mirror UK, the Duchess of Cambridge may have been pregnant already in the early weeks of August. The palace may have announced her pregnancy on Sept. 8, but it’s believed she was already pregnant when she toured the poppy installation at the London Tower. According to a source, by then Kate Middleton was already filling the pangs of morning sickness.

According to Mirror UK, Paul Cummins, the lead artist for the poppy installation, told the Sunday Times that Kate Middleton almost didn’t make it to the event on August 5. Her second pregnancy was reportedly already making her feel ill.

“Kate was not going to come as, though it had not been announced, she was already pregnant and suffering,” he said. However, the Duchess of Cambridge made it to the event since Cummins said she had insisted to go. "It was her last public outing for a while,” he added.

According to Mirror UK, Cummins’ revelation that Kate Middleton was already feeling ill during the first week of August suggests she could give birth to her second baby sooner than the end of April. Cummins reportedly somehow revealed that the Duchess of Cambridge could actually be due in the middle of the month. However, Mirror UK claims there is still no telling when Kate’s second baby will arrive.

A palace representative told E Online that Kate Middleton and Prince William still “do not know what the sex” of their second baby is. However, if it’s a girl, the couple would reportedly choose to name her Diana. According to the representative, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge somehow feel the need to name their second child with a meaningful name or with something very traditional like Elizabeth or Mary.
