The final trailer for “Doctor Strange” has been released and it shows how twisted, mind-bending, and mysterious things are going to be in the Marvel MCU soon. With the Sorcerer Supreme joining the Marvel universe, it appears that the battle for evil will be transcending space and time as both bend towards unknown dimensions.

While previous trailers for “Doctor Strange” dwell on his training and conversations with the Ancient One, this latest one gives a better look at the main antagonist Kaecillus. Bits and pieces of him have been revealed in earlier trailers, but most of those who have seen it have no idea who he is. With stellar actor Mads Mikkelsen taking on the big role, viewers can expect nothing short of a phenomenal performance.

More action from Doctor Strange is also showcased in the latest trailer as it shows more of him showcasing his realm bending abilities. He is shown using such abilities to fight enemies and shift between multiple realities which manifest itself in buildings and other objects warping into abstract forms.

Cinema Blend reports that this new trailer declares with certainty how “Doctor Strange” will stand apart from all its predecessors, with the central theme of the trailer revolving around the line “the Avengers protect the world from physical dangers. We safeguard it against more mystical threats.” That line is uttered by Benedict Wong, who was once Doctor Strange’s manservant who has become a trained warrior in Karma Taj and ends up collaborating with Strange.

This new trailer focuses on Stephen Strange and his background as a neurosurgeon who later on encounters the Ancient One, played by Tilda Swinton, as he learns more and more about the mystic arts. The promising visual effects are also showcased in the film. The movie has derived its visuals from the Marvel comics from the 60s and 70s when the standards of superhero storytelling were very high.

“Doctor Strange” will serve as the introduction to the Marvel MCU of the Sorcerer Supreme as well as open up the entire world to another realm which was not seen before. The movie will be out on theatres worldwide this November 4, 2016.
