A Brazilian man, who claimed he didn't know Jack, used a fake ID with Jack Nicholson's photo on it while trying to open a bank account. Police said the man doesn't have any similarity to Jack.

A 41-year old man named Ricardo Sergio Freire de Barros in Brazil was arrested in the northeastern city of Recife after attempting to open a bank account using false documents.

He used a fake ID with a photo of the famous actor Jack Nicholson.

The suspect doesn't really look like the 74-year-old Nicholson, who was awarded at the Oscars for his movie "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest," "As Good as It Gets," and "Terms of Endearment."

Ricardo was sought by the police for three months and was finally found and arrested. He will be charged with forgery apart from using false documents after police discovered six different IDs from him including chequebooks and credit cards.

Other IDs in his possession have different photos, which obviously was owned by others.

The head officer of the investigation team said a document with a picture of an actor and other fake identification were used by the suspect to create a fake company. Forged documents were also used to open a back account.

His strategy allowed him to use the credits cards and checks, which aided him in stealing money.

The arrested suspect denied the charges, but was taken to the police station. Authorities also sent him to a medical facility to check his mental state.

The suspect may have some psychological problems that prompted him from committing such a crime. Authorities are conducting tests as part of the investigation.
