Floyd Mayweather has announced the start of his training for his next and last fight on September against Andre Berto, but the undefeated boxer might have been too relaxed with his preparation for his upcoming bout. TMZ reported that “Money” has been on a "fat kid diet" during his training camp after opting for ice cream and cakes as a replacement for the usual vegetable and protein shakes.

Mayweather’s personal chef Quiana Jeffries, also known as chef Q , revealed that the 38-year-old has been taking an unrestrictive approach to his dietary needs for his fight against the Haitian-American boxer. Chef Q said that the future hall of famer is eating pretty much anything he pleases.

“He’s doing what he wants to do and eating the way he wants to eat. He’s more relaxed in terms of his diet and his lifestyle,” Chef Q said.

After cutting out what doesn’t seem “healthy” during his training against Filipino boxer Manny Pacquiao, “Pretty Boy” appears to insult Berto with sweets and desserts as the boxing champ’s nutritional plan for his next bout. Mayweather may either be too confident he will destroy Berto or too conceited to not care about the fight.

News.com.au reported that Mayweather hosted a party for 30 people on the weekend with dessert as the only available meal. The menu includes cheesecakes, brownies, cookies and ice creams leaving out any food with vitamins, minerals and protein which are essential for muscle build up and body conditioning.

“He’s trying to have more fun,” Chef Q added. “Pretty much anything you could name, I had it laid out”.

Mayweather, who carries a record of 48-0, is looking to match Rocky Marciano’s undefeated record come fight night on September 12. The boxing match has been reported to be broadcasted on CBS instead of the traditional pay-per-view screening.
