Beyonce Knowles shared naked snaps of her when she was pregnant with Blue Ivy. While she was expecting Blue, she was hidden but now she is sharing intimate details.

In a clip from Beyonce and Jay Z's tour 'On The Run', she revealed a snap of her, heavily pregnant, with Jay Z nuzzling her neck and cradling her baby bump, reported the Mirror. The image shows her completely nude with her leg crossed over and covering her breasts with her arms. Jay seemed to keeping a protective hand around his wife.

The film of the tour was premiered during the weekend on HBO. Throughout their concerts, the clip was shared during a series of home videos that the couple shared.

Other clips include snaps from their wedding day, getting tattoos that are matching and Blue's birth. The couple ended the video with a kiss.

It has been two years since Blue Ivy was born and Beyonce wasted no time to get back in shape. She revealed that she lost 65 pounds post her pregnancy. She weighed 195 pounds after she gave birth.

Beyonce told People magazine that since she was softer, she had to lose weight. She added that she could feel like her body was bouncing back and that she just had to work at it.

According to Hollywood Life, she worked out three times a week. Each session of hers went on to about ninety minutes where she mixed up running, dancing and performing crunches on an exercise ball.

In addition to working out hard, she made sure that her diet was good. Her diet too was very strict as she followed a protein-based one. Her breakfast was egg whites while her lunch was either a protein shake or turkey with capers and her dinner was yellowtail sashimi with jalapenos and wasabi. She snacked on all healthy food items like edamame or cucumbers with vinegar, cayenne pepper and lemon, berries and green apple.

She also admitted that she lost a lot of baby weight as she was breast-feeding Blue. She nursed Blue until she went on to be ten weeks.
