Amber Heard 'Abused' Ex Tasya, Lady Victoria Hervey Claims; 'Aquaman' Star Denies Allegation

Johnny Depp's lawyer brought up Amber Heard and Tasya van Ree's reported assault in 2009 during Tuesday's cross-examination.

Heard mentioned Depp's ex Kate Moss when she testified in the ongoing defamation trial in Virginia. At the mention of the "Catwalk" star's name, Depp's lawyer Ben Chew smiled and turned to his legal team.

Depp's attorney Camille Vasquez has continued her cross-examination with the "Aquaman" star this week and brought up the report about Heard being arrested at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport in Washington for misdemeanor assault after allegedly hitting her ex, van Ree. But Heard denied the allegation. Vasquez said the assault "was covered in the press." Heard argued that "it was planted in the press by Johnny's team two days after I got the TRO."

"I've never assaulted any partner," Heard said while on the stand. "I've never assaulted Mr. Depp or any other person I was romantically linked to, ever."

Meanwhile, model Lady Victoria Hervey, 45, who claimed to have known van Ree, made a post on Instagram a week ago, claiming that Heard allegedly hit her ex-girlfriend.

"I wanted to touch on the JD/AH trial," she began her post on Instagram. "We have all heard the audio, the one in Australia proving it was her that cut off his finger. She also took a dump on their bed. She punched him, slapped him, cut the tip of his finger off (she says on tape she didn't mean to do it to Jerry Judge)."

Hervey mentioned Heard throwing objects and spatting at her ex-husband. She also asked her followers if it's "the kind of person you want to feel sorry for" before sharing how she allegedly saw van Ree with bruises when she was still with Heard.

"We know she abused her ex Tasya who would be covered in bruises from her and who got her arrested but then was most likely paid off," Hervey continued. "JD has never pretended to be a saint, and yes, he’s admitted to addiction problems which sort of comes with the territory of being a successful actor, unfortunately, but him having a drug or alcohol problem doesn’t mean she should have taken advantage of that."

Hervey engaged with her followers in the comments section. She responded to one who seemingly defended the "Aquaman 2" star.

"Pls don't defend her she's a horrible person," the model wrote in a screenshot obtained by one netizen. "She used to beat the crap out of her ex Tasya who used to go to the same yoga school I go to and show my teacher. She is vile and a pathological liar."

Heard's arrest was reported by USA Today in June 2016. The outlet noted that Heard had a mug shot taken, her case was assigned a number and she appeared in King County District Court in Seattle the following day. However, the prosecutors declined to press charges.

Meanwhile, van Ree said Heard was "wrongfully" accused and stressed that the incident was blown out of proportion after two cops "misinterpreted and over-sensationalized."

Sources close to Heard told TMZ that the arrest was simply a "lover's spat." However, the outlet also noted that law enforcement sources claimed van Ree was actually upset and unsympathetic when Heard was cuffed and taken away.

Van Ree also allegedly said the cops would not take action until they realized that she and Heard were domestic partners, adding the cops had "misogynistic attitudes" and appeared "homophobic."

Beverly Leonard, the cop that van Ree was referring to, responded to TMZ's report in a since-deleted post on Facebook, which one netizen shared on Twitter.

"I'm not sure who of you leaked to TMZ my pics but I wanted to personally thank you for setting the record straight...pun intended. I am so not homophobic or mysoginistic [sic]! The arrest was made because an assault occurred (I witnessed it), and the parties were in a domestic relationship. PS...if you got paid, I want a cut," she wrote.

In a separate report, TMZ said Leonard was "an openly gay woman" who supported and contributed to a domestic violence organization. She fired back at van Ree for calling her homophobic by sharing a photo of her with her partner and a snap of her at Pride weekend.

A source close to Leonard told TMZ that the retired officer was indignant and insisted that Heard's arrest "had nothing to do with homophobia" because "she [got] arrested for breaking the law."

Van Ree reportedly claimed that it was a minor incident. However, the responding cops and police documents showed property damage, with van Ree's pendant being broken during the scuffle and the painter looking extremely upset with Heard's alleged attack.

Depp and Heard's ongoing trial will continue Wednesday.
