TV Guide reports that on Thursday, Mariah questions Noah and urges him to respond. Meanwhile, in a surprising twist, Billy’s condition changes its course.

The soap posted a teaser video for Jan. 14 on its official YouTube channel. It shows multiple scenes with Kevin, Mariah, Noah, Victor, Jack, Phyllis and Jill.

On the first scene, Kevin and Mariah will be seen talking. Kevin admitted that he went to Victor’s office right after saying goodbye to Billy. “You closed the deal with Victor,” Mariah says.

The other part of the video will show Noah saying to Victor, “I have to, Billy’s going to die.” Victor asks him, “How will that help Victoria, Noah?”

Jack will be the focus of the last scene. He asks Phyllis and Jill, “He won’t be with us much longer will he?”

According to “Y&R” spoilers from Soap She Knows, Billy will have an out-of-body experience right after he was taken off from life support. He will be able to see himself, as well as his loved ones mourning over his condition. As he watches everyone grieving, Billy will feel sad for putting everyone into a state of sadness. Billy’s family tells him that it’s okay for him to go, but Billy is not sure that he’s ready. The ghost of Billy’s daughter, Delia (Sophie Pollono), will appear and tells him to stay and fix things. Delia died years ago after being hit by a vehicle driven by Adam. Delia comforts Billy and says she’s okay. A moment later, Victoria enters Billy’s room and a beeping sound emits, signaling that Billy is coming back to life.
