TV Guide reports that on Tuesday, Victor and Nikki will discuss about their relationship, while Lily will clash with Hilary. Meanwhile, Jack has to make a painful choice about Billy.

The soap posted a teaser video for Jan. 12 on its official YouTube channel. It shows multiple scenes with Lily, Hilary, Victoria, Jill and Jack.

In the first scene, Lily will be seen grabbing Hilary. “I thought that you had changed,” Lily says. “You’re the same bitch that you always were.”

The next part of the video will show Victoria talking about Billy’s previous wish when it comes to his health. “A life spent on machines is no life at all,” she recounts.

Jill will be the focus of the last scene as she begs Jack not to let Billy die. “You’re pleading with me like it’s my decision. It’s not up to me,” Jack says. Jill cries, “Yes it is!”

According to spoilers from Soap She Knows, Billy has given Jack the power of attorney, and with it, the decision to let Billy live or die. Jack admits to Jill that he doesn’t believe in Dr. Neville’s procedure. She tries to convince him by saying that the doctor’s experimental treatment helped Phyllis. Jack asks Victoria what she wants him to do, and she says that Billy expressed before that he doesn’t want to rely on machines to live. Jack asks to be alone and goes to the waiting area, where he will be visited by John’s ghost. John will convince him to make a choice based on love. Later, Jack will tell Phyllis, Jill and Victoria that he loves Billy. Jack said that Billy trusted him and because of this, Jack will respect Billy’s wishes. Jack will then reveal his heartbreaking decision – to let the doctors take Billy off the machine and let him be free.
