The soap posted a teaser video for Jan. 6 on its official YouTube channel. It shows multiple scenes with Ben, Abby, Ashley, Neville, Victoria, Kevin and Mariah.

On the first scene, Ben is seen watching Abby and Ashley talk. “Seems like you two are getting pretty close,” Abby says. “I suppose,” Ashley replies.

The next part of the video focuses on Neville as he tells Victoria that Billy is the perfect candidate for his protocol. Victoria wonders, “Do you think this method would work?”

Kevin and Mariah is shown on the last scene as they eavesdrop on Paul’s conversation with Phyllis and Jack regarding Billy’s huge bet. Paul asks, “Why would it be so important for him to win big? Why now?”

Fans are waiting what happens next after Neville gets ahold of Billy’s medical files in the hospital. On Tuesday’s episode, Neville expressed his fears that the other doctors’ recommendations will kill Billy. According to spoilers from Soap She Knows, Neville will attempt to dissuade Billy’s doctor from performing a surgery and will say that Billy is the perfect candidate for his experimental procedure.

The doctor will disagree and say that what Neville did is unethical and that Billy’s family members should allow the surgery to save Billy’s life. Ashley will back Neville as Abby and Ben arrives. After being talked to by the surgeon, Ben will go for the surgery and decide against Neville’s protocol. Neville will leave frustrated but will be followed by Ashley, who will ask to be treated using Neville’s method.
