"The Young and the Restless" recap

Last week, Victor found out from Adam that Noah has been working with Luca to bring him down. As a result, Victor called Paul and told him that it was Noah who ran over Billy. Adam overheard this, and he confronted Victor about turning his own grandson to the police. Victor retorted that Noah should learn that his actions have consequences.
