Fans have been eagerly waiting to know if anything's up between Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) and Beth Greene (Emily Kinney). In "The Walking Dead" Season 4, Beth and Daryl came closer after the prison was destroyed and Rick's team had to split up. However, before fans could see more of them, Beth was kidnapped by someone and Daryl was left alone.

Norman Reedus and Greg Nicotero (director and executive producer, "The Walking Dead") talked to Sheknows.com about Daryl romancing in the show.

"The Walking Dead" star casually teased that he wants a threesome for his character in Season 5. He mentioned that he wants Daryl to be with Beth as well as Carol Peletier (Melissa McBride).

When asked if the writers are going to explore the Daryl-Beth romance angle, Reedus stated that he wonders how much writers and producers are thinking about it.

Reedus said that if Daryl had any feelings for Beth, he had no idea what to do with the feelings.

Nicotero praised Norman for pulling off the scenes with Emily perfectly.

"When you're standing there listening to her play piano, you're just standing there watching her. And you feel like he's thinking, 'This may be the last living person I ever see.' So, I thought that was a really great connection. A lot of it wasn't in the script. The script wasn't like, 'Beth and Daryl totally hook up.' It wasn't there. But when I watched the episode, I felt I kind of wanted that, which was what he brings to it and what Emily brought to it," Nicotero said at the Comic-con 2014.

When "The Walking Dead" returns with Season 5, Rick and his team will face the deadly Terminus residents. It will be interesting to see how they will deal with Gareth and others. Moreover, Beth is alive and out there somewhere with a female police officer. Check out the Comic-Con 2014 "The Walking Dead" Season 5 trailer, here.
