"If I Stay" author Gayle Forman reigned supreme in the New York Times Best Sellers list of Young Adult Fiction books. Her other book "Where She Went" even landed on the second spot, beating all three of John Green's books including "The Fault In Our Stars." Incidentally, Forman and Green's books have both been made into movies ("If I Stay" starring Chloë Grace Moretz and "The Fault In Our Stars" starring Shailene Woodley). According to New York Times, for the week of Sept. 21, 2014, "If I Stay" by Gayle Forman topped their Young Adult Fiction Best Sellers list. Check out the books listed below to see if your favourites are included in it.

1. "If I Stay" by Gayle Forman (Ages 12 and up) - According to Forman's official website, "If I Stay" is about a cellist named Mia who has music and love in her life, but she suddenly falls into a coma due to an accident which changes things for her and forces her to make an important decision.

2. "Where She Went" by Gayle Forman (Ages 12 and up) - This book is the sequel to "If I Stay," and is told three years after Mia's accident. But, unlike the first book which was told from Mia's perspective, "Where She Went" takes a peek at Adam's point of view.

3. "The Fault In Our Stars" by John Green (Ages 14 and up) - Green's book which has been made into a movie starring Shailene Woodley (Hazel Grace Lancaster) and Ansel Elgort (Augustus Waters) is about Hazel who met the love of her life Augustus or "Gus" in a Cancer Support Group for kids.

4. "Looking For Alaska" by John Green (Ages 14 to 17) - This award-winning book is about Miles Halter who wants to explore the possibility of a "Great Perhaps," which was what the poet Francois Rabelais reportedly said as one of his last words ("I go to seek a Great Perhaps"). He ends up meeting a girl named Alaska. "Looking For Alaska" won various awards including the 2006 Michael L. Printz Award, the 2006 Teens' Top 10 Award and the 2006 Quick Pick for Reluctant Young Adult Readers.

5. "Paper Towns" by John Green (Ages 14 and up) - Green's third book to make the NY Times Best Sellers list is about Quentin Jacobsen and Margo Roth Spiegelman. Jacobsen has loved Margo from afar and he gets drawn to this mysterious girl more and more.
