Charlie Hunnam, the star of “Sons of Anarchy,” will be seen at the cast reunion, due to be held in Houston, Texas, at the Space City Comic Con between May 27 and 29. While “Sons of Anarchy” fans are eagerly awaiting news on Hunnam’s re-appearance in the prequel, it would be interesting if he reveals his plans of a comeback during the event. If at all he is out of “Sons of Anarchy” for good, why would he be present at the event?

Show creator Ken Sutter and his wife Katey Sagal are also expected to join the reunion along with other cast members Christopher Douglas Reed, Niko Nicotero, Michael Ornstein, David Labrava, Kristen Renton, Rusty Coones, Michael Beach, Kim Coates, Mark Boone Jr., Ron Perlman, Ryan Hurst and Tommy Flanagan.

“It's not a bad thing; we've talked to them. They've said 'yes' they want to come; they're excited. Their problem is that they're scouting locations for their new series, they don't know their schedule yet; their schedule changes day by day. When they know what they can offer us, they'll tell us. It could be running in for the big panel on Saturday and leaving,” Space City promoter George Comits told the Houston Press when asked whether the show creator will be present at the event or not.

Hunnam’s appearance in the event has fuelled rumours of his comeback for the prequel. Fans are speculating that details about the prequel may be discussed in the event. However, Sutter earlier had mentioned there haven’t been talks regarding Hunnam’s inclusion in the prequel and that he would have to discuss further regarding their collaboration and careers in the future.

FX Networks CEO John Landgraf, in an interview with zap2it, revealed that Sutter had started working on the prequel. After pulling the plug on “The Bastard Executioner,” Sutter reportedly has more time in hand to develop the prequel and also a spinoff on the rival motorcycle gang Mayans. However, Landgraf said that he does not have anything concrete to share as he is not aware of details about the prequel.

“I don’t have anything concrete to say about those two things except to say Kurt said he’s working on them and they’ll be coming to me soon,” he said.

At least Sutter has started hunting locations and that means fans won’t be disappointed for too long. Some news or the other will come soon.
