Like many, “Orange is the New Black” star Ruby Rose desperately wants Leonardo DiCaprio to win an Oscar in this year’s Academy Awards 2016. In the latest update, Rose posted a photo with hashtags “prayforleo” and “oscars.” In the photo, DiCaprio is visible in the background.

Rose dyed her hair green for her role in Vin Diesel starrer “xXx: The Return of Xander Cage” and posted fun moments with the movie’s star members. She has had a complete makeover for her role as Adele.

Rose has also revealed a bit of a spoiler for her movie, stating her character is asleep the whole film. Apparently, she got busted sleeping in this photo.

Rose also had a sweet message for Diesel, whom she adores for being down-to-earth even when he is one of the topmost celebrities in Hollywood. In a photo where Rose is seen cuddling Diesel, she only had the sweetest words for the “Fast & Furious” star. She apparently even fell asleep on his chest while waiting on set the night before.

 

@vindiesel - Late Last night I was caught taking a nap on set late during a lens change...And by on set I mean on Vin. Growing up I watched this man through XXX and fast... First I imagined what it would be like to be him, As I got older I wondered how it would be to work with him. He was the hero and anti hero in one. He protected people but unlike other secret agents on the screen - I related to Vin. His energy was always so palpable. He always made me laugh, he did the best stunts and he ALWAYS got the girl. Yet he didn't take himself seriously..I wanted to live like that. I never dreamed I'd step into a role from a movie I grew up watching, with a guy I idolized who I probably had a poster of on my wall. My life is always surprising me and I am always grateful but more than the work I get to do and dream I get to live, I'm grateful for the people I have met who love me as I am and are true friends. Like my man Vin.. Who is a reminder to always stay true to yourself and always trust your destiny. When I was young I escaped through movies.. Now I hope to be in movies that you can escape into and find laughter, confidence to be you, hope or even just a break from the situations you may be facing. Xox

“Like my man Vin.. Who is a reminder to always stay true to yourself and always trust your destiny,” were some of the lines Rose wrote for Diesel.

Recently, Rose also wished her close friend Ellen Page a happy birthday with a sweet message. She pointed out how Hollywood can be a cold place for newcomers and how Page helped her during troublesome times so that Rose would one day find her ground. Well, Rose did find her ground and is now going places.

“xXx: The Return of Xander Cage” is a sequel to 2002’s “xXx: State of the Union.” It is going to hit screens next year.
