Rihanna pays tribute to her late grandmother Dolly by getting a tattoo in remembrance of her.

Riri posted a picture of her new tattoo which she got to commemorate her grandmother Dolly who passed away a few months ago. She shared a photo of her freshly inked tattoo and shared it with her followers on Instagram.

"Goddess Isis - Complete Woman - Model for future generations - #GRANGRANDOLLY - always in and on my heart #1love," she puts as caption.

While holding her arms across to cover her chest, a large tattoo of the Egyptian goddess Isis can be seen. Rihanna was spotted yesterday while leaving a tattoo parlor in London with a protective tape around her ribcage. And today on the photo sharing site, she revealed what her tattoo looks like. Her new tattoo is believed to be her 18th piece of body art.

Last July, Rihanna's passed away after battling with cancer. After honoring her commitments in London, she jetted to Barbados to attend the funeral of her beloved grandmother.

In deep sorrow, she expressed her sadness on her Twitter account by posting, "Words can't explain the essence of her beauty."

Rihanna is currently at London and performed at the Paralympics closing ceremony. She together with her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown recently made headlines when they hugged at the VMA's. Rihanna famously admitted in a recent interview with Oprah that she considers Chris Brown to be the love of her life.
