It has been revealed by a royal source that Kate Middleton's health was improving. The source added that the princess was up and about but still needed to rest frequently.

According to the Web site, Celeb Dirty Laundry, Kate Middleton's morning sickness was gone because of which she would be returning to her royal duties. It reported that the real reason that the Duchess did not want to be seen in public because she had gained weight, had a growing bump and a bloated face. It also mentioned in its report that the Duchess had crossed the twelve week mark.

Celeb Dirty Laundry explained that initially, Kate was suffering so badly from hyperemesis gravidarium that she had to be treated at the hospital and now that she was receiving treatment in the Kensington Palace, it had to mean that she was getting better. It also said that even during her first pregnancy with Prince George, she avoided coming into the public eye.

The Web site, birth.com.au, in the first trimester of pregnancy, a lot of physical changes were observed in the body, especially those expecting twins or triplets. It said that bloating was definitely one of the changes that was observed in addition to weight gain and breasts feeling fuller.

According to the Epoch Times, Kate will resume official engagements soon as there are some in October and November, though it hasn't been announced yet. Since Kate has been feeling better, the royal couple is expected to move into their new residence, a ten-bedroom home in Norfolk.

The same time that a royal source said that Kate was recovering, a writer said that Kate was in a worse condition than that is bring reported. The writer for The Guardian, Miriam Philips, said that this could be because of misleading explanations of hyperemesis gravidarium, the condition that Kate is suffering from.

She added that hyperemesis and morning sickness could not be compared because the former is like breaking an arm in several places and then being said that one's funny bone has been knocked off. She hoped that the increasing amount of media attention will help expecting mothers with the same condition.

She explained that the condition was horrendous and gruelling, leaving people who suffer from it in a horrible state. The condition can be experienced by the patient for 15 weeks or more. She said that it was impossible to start work, just three weeks in.
