Swansea City boss Gary Monk called loaned Chelsea playmaker and current Stoke City midfielder Victor Moses a "cheat."

Monk wasn't impressed, to say the least, with how the Nigerian international won a penalty after 42 minutes, which was converted by teammate Charlie Adam, giving the Potters the equaliser after conceding an early goal.

"It was a disgusting decision. For me, Moses has cheated. It's clear cheating.

"It was one of the most blatant dåives I have ever seen. He should be ashamed of himself."

"I wouldn't be able to go home to my family and show my face if I had done that."

"It's a disgrace. Moses should be punished heavily for that. He's just thrown himself to the floor, it's laughable."

"My players are distraught. It was so blatant, so obvious and yet he's been rewarded for it and that's what sits uneasily with me."

Stoke went on to secure full three points from the encounter, thanks to a header by substitute Jonathan Walters at the 76th minute, making it 2-1.

Meanwhile, Britannia Stadium manager Mark Hughes stood by the call, rubbishing his counterpart's claim.

"I don't think he dived. He was running at a pace and there was contact," said Hughes.
