Panasonic, a Japanese multinational electronics corporation, has recently introduced three new dual-SIM smartphones: T41, P41 and P61 in the Indian market.

The three new smartphones have the same processor and operating system. The company installed 1.3 GHz quad core processor for these phones with Android v.4.4.2 "KitKat". Panasonic's T41, P41 and P61 has the Glide play feature, which enables pop-out notification and allows user to glide from screen to screen. It also includes Pop-i Player, Music Café and Gesture Play+ that other Panasonic phones also have, TimesofIndia reports.

Manish Sharma, the Managing Director of Panasonic India said "One of the key focus areas for Panasonic India is to build a strong connect with the consumers by bringing alive brand experiences through our innovative product line up," during the launch event, TimesofIndia reports. "The models thus resonate with the consumer's pulse and passion, mirroring their preference for on- the-go smart solutions thus empowering our consumers."

Panasonic T41

Panasonic T41 has 4.50 inch display with 480x854p resolution, with dimensions of 131 x 65.9 x 8.3mm and weighs 120 grams. It has a built-in 4GB internal storage that can expand up to 32GB using micro-SD. The phone has the ability to multi-task light Apps with its 512MB RAM.

It has VGA front-facing camera and a 5 megapixels rear camera with LED flash, available with 3G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0. It has a battery capacity of 1650 mAh. Available in colours black, pearl white and bright red, report says.

Panasonic P41

Panasonic P41 has 5 inch IPS qHD display with 540x960p resolution, powered by 1GB RAM, which can prove useful for handling many processes simultaneously. Internal storage has a capacity of 8GB. A durable battery is also added with 2000 mAh capacity. The P41 has dimensions of 142.4 x 71.9 x 8.2mm weighing 132.5 grams.

The P41 has an 8 megapixel LED flash rear camera with 1080p video recording and a 2 megapixel front-facing camera. It features 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS connectivity and is available in black and pearl white, report says.

Panasonic P61

Panasonic P61 is the biggest among the three handsets with dimensions of 162.7 x 83.8 x 8.2mm and weighing 173.8 grams. With its 6 inch capacitive touch screen IPS display, it can run up to 1280 x 720 pixels resolutions. A 2800 mAh battery powers the device, the report says.

The rear camera is 8 megapixels with LED flash with 1080p video recording while the front-facing camera is 2 megapixels. It has the same connectivity with the P41 and T41 models.

It is available in colours black and pearl white, like with P41.

According to reports, Panasonic T41 is available at Rs. 7,990 (roughly 140 AUD) with free 174.8 AUD worth of applications, while the P41 at Rs. 11,990 (roughly 210 AUD), and the Panasonic P61 is available at Rs. 14,990 or 264.67 AUD. Prices are converted according to current foreign exchange rate.
