October 21 marked Kate Middleton's first royal engagement following the announcement of her second pregnancy on September 8. The Duchess of Cambridge and Prince William met with Singapore's President Tony Tan Keng Yam and his wife for their UK visit. Media coverage showed Kate all smiles and reportedly happy to be out again. However, she was supposedly forced to return to public appearances by Queen Elizabeth. The pair is said to be feuding over Kate's return to royal engagements despite the Duchess' extreme morning sickness.

According to Hollywood Life, the November 10 issue of Life & Style magazine has the exclusive scoop on the supposed feud between Kate Middleton and Queen Elizabeth. A source told the publication "the queen had been unimpressed with the amount of official business Kate has missed out on" because of her pregnancy sickness. "She feels enough is enough. Duty comes first, and it was time for Kate to step up the plate," the source said.

According to Inquisitr, Kate Middleton is expected to feel much better already since she's beyond her first trimester in her second pregnancy. That's reportedly why she is being "bullied" by the Queen to resume her royal duties.

The Duchess of Cambridge had just reportedly started to get back on her feet despite appearing all-smiles on October 21. However, she's believed to still be unwell. According to a palace staff, Kate Middleton collapsed one morning and had to be medically evaluated.

Inquisitr claims she had been vomiting all night and had forced herself to go about her morning routine when she fainted. She was reportedly rushed to a private medical facility where she and her baby were examined to be safe. According to the site, the incident made quite a scare to Prince William, so he had ordered that Kate be watched at all times.

A palace source told Life & Style that if Prince William was to have his way, he would let his wife "have more rest even if it's against his grandmother's wishes." Once in a while, the Duke of Cambridge would supposedly intervene between Kate Middleton and Queen Elizabeth's alleged feud. He reportedly doesn't want anything to jeopardise the welfare of the Duchess and their second baby. "He's just concerned about her and baby number two being healthy," the insider told the publication.

Despite these reports, the palace has remained tight-lipped. They have yet to comment on Kate Middleton and Queen Elizabeth's rumoured feud and on the Duchess of Cambridge's reported collapse.
