Real Madrid midfielder James Rodriguez has been named world's sexiest man of 2014 by People In Spanish. Rodriguez appears on the latest issue of the said magazine.

The 23-year-old Colombian football star is a father to a 15-month-old daughter called Salome. Speaking to the magazine, James' wife Daniela Ospina has revealed that what she really loves about her husband.

"He's a very attractive man, very thorough, but what I like about him is his personality, his personality," Daniela told People In Spanish. "It's what I really love."

Recently, James has launched his own underwear collection called J10 James for Bronzini Black. Group Exito's Vice President of Marketing told El Tiempo that the company chose James as the new face of Bronzini Black because he has the "image of a man of style, has confidence, and always surprising."

James has reportedly starred in a 5-hour photo shoot for Bronzini Black and some 2,000 pictures of the footballer wearing different styles of undergarments were taken.

His goal against the Uruguayans was even awarded as FIFA's Goal of the Tournament. Other awards that James has received from FIFA include the Golden Boot and he was also part of the All-Star Team.

James began his professional football career at the age of 14 with Colombian second division club Envigado FC. Three years later, he transferred to Argentina's Banfield, where he became the youngest non-national to have scored a goal professionally in that country. In 2010, James moved to Porto and played for the club until 2013 before he signed with Monaco for a contract reportedly worth $61 million. After a year with Monaco, James inked a deal with Real Madrid.
