Keep in mind that you cannot use your phone during the installation so do the update at the most convenient time for you. The time that will be spent in the recovery also depends on your Internet connection.

Second, Start Nokia Software Recovery Tool. After that, connect your phone to your computer with a compatible USB cable. If a prompt appears, select the correct USB mode on your phone: Nokia Suite or Modem.

Third, just follow the instruction shown on the tool. After the installation, your phone will be restored back to the factory settings and it will have the latest version of its software.
