Kelly Brook is one of the victims of the massive nude photos leak and she is not happy that her personal photos are all over the internet. She has asked Google to take down the photos by mentioning that distribution of her personal photos is a violation of copyrights.

In August 2014, numerous nude photos of celebrities like Jennifer Lawrence, Kate Upton and many others leaked and appeared on the internet. The scandal is called 'The Fappening'.

TorrentFreak noted the massive leaks on the internet resulted in takedowns of the websites that provided the link to the leaked nude photos of celebrities.

One of the largest search engines Google has been threatened by celebrities like Kate Upton and Jennifer Lawrence for showing the links to the targeted websites. They also asked Google to remove the links. Lawrence and Upton used DMCA requests to take down the photos from the search engine.

In October, Kelly Brook's photographs were leaked. Brook contacted Google and asked the search engine to take down three links containing her photos. The model stated that she is the copyright holder of the images and without her permission the links are circulating the selfies.

Thefappening.so is reportedly hosting the images and Google has planned to remove the URLs of this website. According to TorrentFreak, it is not clear if the pages were removed due to the nude photos leaked scandal or some other reason.

Apart from Kelly Brook, Melina Lezcano (singer from Argentina) also asked Google to remove thefappening.so URLs from the search results.

Hollywood lawyer Marty Singer sent a letter to Google and stated that if the search engine doesn't take down the images, he will take legal action.

"It is truly reprehensible that Google allows its various sites, systems and search results to be used for this type of unlawful activity. If your wives, daughters or relatives were victims of such blatant violations of basic human rights, surely you would take appropriate action," reads the letter.
