Celebrities gathered around last night for the 2013 Foxtel Programming Launch held at the Fox Studios in Sydney, Australia. One of them is Australian actor Chris Hemworth, a Foxtel ambassador who looked dapper in a Zegna suit.

Chris Hemsworth arrived in Australia with his wife Elsa Pataky and their nine-month-old baby daughter India Rose. The "Thor" actor was the host of the Foxtel event and he managed to charm the media, some TV personalities as well as the executives during the entire ceremony.

After Foxtel's official programming launch, food and drinks were served to the guests and Chris Hemsworth mingled with the other celebrities present at the event like "Avatar" actor Sam Worthington. Chris's approachable personality made it easy for people to converse with him and have his photograph taken.

As for his upcoming movie projects, Chris Hemsworth recently signed on to star in the latest Michael Mann thriller film. The movie details are still concealed to the public but the story will reportedly revolve in a world of cops and criminals that deals with the cyber threats and attacks. According to the Variety report, Legendary Pictures will produce the thriller film with Morgan Davis Foehl writing the script and director Michael Mann co-writes.

The 29-year-old hunky Australian actor will also work on the Warner Bros. film "In The Heart of The Sea," Steven Spielberg's "Robopocalypse" and the "Snow White and The Huntsman" sequel. This 2013, Chris Hemsworth has two films scheduled to be released.

Director Ron Howard's film "Rush" will arrive at Australian cinemas on September 12. Chris Hemsworth stars alongside Olivia Wilde, Daniel Bruhl, Christian McKay and Alexandra Maria Lara. On the other hand, "Thor: The Dark World" is scheduled to be released on November 8.
