Peyton Manning is on a hot streak-- sizzling hot even, as he became the first player in NFL history to record nine touchdowns with no interceptions through two weeks of a regular season. On Monday Night Football, the Oakland Raiders will try to cool him down, or at least contain him in a match-up between the AFC West rivals.

The 37-year-old QB’s feat towed the Broncos to a 2-0 start with blowout wins over the Baltimore Ravens, 49-27, at home in Week 1 and against the New York Giants, 41-23, on the road in Week 2.

The Raiders will be hard-pressed to stop Manning but might have trouble getting their ground game going as well. Oakland ranks second in rushing yards per game (198.5) but will face a Denver defense which is number one in stopping the run, allowing only 40.5 rushing yards per game.

Led by running back Darren McFadden, who averages 88.5 rushing yards per game (5th in the NFL), the Raiders won over the Jacksonville Jaguars, 19-9, in Week 2 but lost to the Indianapolis Colts, 17-21 in their opener.
