Deanna Monroe was introduced in “The Walking Dead” and she managed to live after Season 5 finale. Actress Tovah Feldshuh revealed that her character Deanna would play a big part in “The Walking Dead” Season 6.

Yahoo talked to Tovah Feldshuh about being a part of “The Walking Dead,” Alexandria and more. She said that she was sad to see Reg die in the Season 5 finale instalment.

“The whole irony that a medical doctor kills an innocent intellectual, really, the gentlest of all of us… what will that do to Deanna as the head of civilized living, of the growing community? What does that mean [for] her relationship with Rick and the band of people she’s taken in from the outside?” Feldshuh said.

She added that when the cast and crew members start filming “The Walking Dead” Season 6 episodes in May, they would answer some key questions related to Rick Grimes, any conflict between survivors and more. The actress also mentioned it will be revealed if she backtracks or has any regrets about her decisions.

Feldshuh also talked about being a part of “The Walking Dead” family. She said she knew that she will be asked to join the show and she was “thrilled” to see the legal papers.

She revealed that the atmosphere on the set is completely opposite to what the show is all about. People are being taken care of and well fed on the set by the crew members. She also added that people not only treasure just the actor, but also respect other human beings. She said she loves working with Andrew Lincoln and Scott M. Gimple.

Feldshuh expressed her desire to go to the Comic-Con as she has never been to any such conventions in the past. She hopes that she will be invited to the conventions.

“The Walking Dead” Season 6 episodes starts this fall on AMC. Stay tuned for more Season 6 updates and spoilers.
