“Twin Peaks” season 3 is all set make a comeback on television after almost 26 years. Meanwhile, the makers of the show have released another nostalgic teaser, which is a compilation of coffee moments from the previous two seasons.

The team of “Twin Peaks,” particularly FBI agent Dale Cooper (Kyle MacLachlan), loves coffee and pie in the show. At many instances several characters have been seen enjoying a sip of coffee while pondering the mystery of Laura Palmer’s (Sheryl Lee) murder.

The makers have recently released a teaser, which is a coffee-clip compilation from previous seasons. The characters can be seen ordering coffee, sipping coffee, being served coffee, pouring coffee and talking about coffee. The new teaser is all about coffee. It also reminds fans about watching first two seasons before the debut of “Twin Peaks” season 3. (Watch the teaser below.)

Since the show's return to the small screen has been announced, fans have been excited to watch the show. They have been tweeting about their love for coffee and pie. MacLachlan tries to reply to most of them. (Read more about this story on the link below.)

Showtime has decided to air the first two seasons of the show in the US. The episodes will air on Sundays at 7:00 p.m. ET. The network will also air the movie, “Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me,” which was released after the two seasons aired and served as a prequel to them. The movie will be aired on March 1 at 8:00 p.m. (Read more on the links below.)

First season of the show aired in 1990 and the second season in 1991. “Twin Peaks” was one of the most popular shows during that time. It kept fans glued to screens because of the mystery surrounding Laura Palmer’s murder.

The mystery was solved in season 2 after which the ratings of the show started dropping. This was one of the reasons why the show was not continued for third season. However, now after almost 26 years, it is returning. The 2017 season will start from where season 2 ended. The cliffhanger of the finale episode of season 2 is a great mystery that remains to be solved.

“Twin Peaks” season 3 will be aired on Showtime on May 21 in the US at 9:00 p.m. ET. In Australia, the 2017 season will be streamed on Stan at the same time, which is at 1:00 p.m. on May 22. The season will have 18 one-hour-long episodes.
