[Spoiler Alert: The article contains spoilers from the upcoming episodes of "Suits" Season 5, read at your own risk]

The premiere episode of “Suits” Season 5, titled “Denial,” will see Harvey (Gabriel Macht) in denial about Donna (Sarah Rafferty) leaving him and working for Louis (Rick Hoffman) as his secretary.

The previous season of “Suits” ended on a shocking note as Donna informed Harvey that she is leaving him to work for Louis. She told Harvey that she loves him and left his office. When “Suits” returns with the first episode of a new season on Wednesday night, Harvey will be reeling from losing Donna.

Aaron Korsh, creator of “Suits,” told The Hollywood Reporter (THR) that throughout the first episode of “Suits” Season 5 Harvey is in denial. “That’s what happens when you have a big change in your life that you didn’t want to happen; you go through your various stages of grief,” he said. “That’s somewhat of what’s happening to Harvey throughout the season.”

The show’s creator also revealed that episode 2 will see Harvey looking for Donna’s replacement, and according to him, he does not want to land in a same situation with the new secretary that he had with Donna. However, it looks like he will end up hiring a new Donna. As previously reported, Harvey will be unable to deal with Donna’s exit from his life and will seek out a therapist. Korsh told THR that there will be flashbacks during his sessions with the therapist. There is also the possibility of Harvey telling a story.

Meanwhile, Donna working for Louis will trigger another round of conflict between him and Harvey. And a new character is arriving on the scene to get his own power game going inside Pearson Specter Litt. He is the no-name partner Jack Soloff who has been with the firm for a long time but is getting introduced in “Suits” Season 5 as the new head of the compensation committee. John Pyper Ferguson has been roped in to play this role.

Meanwhile, the characters who are returning in the first installment of “Suits” Season 5 are Travis Tanner, Mike’s ex-boss, Jonathan Sidwell and Katrina Bennett will also make an appearance. In addition to them, a lot of old enemies and friends are also returning, according to Korsh.
